Avoidant Dilemma — A Poem

The outer voice of the inner conflict of the early stages with an Avoidant attachment style.

I’m caught between the idea of

Being taken for granted or giving one too many chances.

Speaking up or letting things slide.

I’m struggling with drawing the line between

Catering to others and tolerating disregard for my needs.
